How the M-Series Fuel Nozzle Works
The M-Series compressor supplies a metered amount of compressed air to the fuel nozzle.
As that air passes through the nozzle, it creates a low-pressure area that draws fuel from the regulator. The fuel and compressed air are then mixed and atomized into a fine fuel-and-air mixture before entering the combustion chamber. ProHeat describes the M-Series nozzle as an air-aspirating burner nozzle.
Because nozzle calibration directly affects fuel delivery and combustion, the correct nozzle must be matched to the heater output.

Earlier ProHeat parts documentation listed 200592K / 30609-51 for the M105. The current G-II catalog expands the documented application to M105/M125.

Verify the Nozzle Number
ProHeat instructs technicians to verify the correct nozzle for the heater’s BTU rating before installation.
For M105/M125 applications covered by the current catalog, the correct designation is:

Do not substitute the M50 or M80/M90 nozzles even if they appear physically similar.
Nozzle Cleaning and Inspection
ProHeat’s M-Series service procedure allows the nozzle to be removed, disassembled, inspected, and cleaned.
Service checks include:
