The Arctic Fox H-4000-24 Hydraliner Heat Exchanger provides reliable in-tank fluid heating for heavy-duty trucks and off-highway equipment operating in cold environments.
The Hydraliner uses heat from engine coolant to warm fluid inside the tank without allowing the two fluids to mix. Heating hydraulic oil and other fluids helps keep them flowing in cold conditions, reducing hydraulic pump cavitation and decreasing equipment start-up time.
Constructed from stainless steel, the H-4000-24 is designed for demanding applications including construction, mining, logging, utility and maintenance vehicles, oil and gas equipment, and gearboxes.
The H-4000-24 installs through a standard 2-inch NPT female pipe thread. Multiple Hydraliners can also be installed when additional heating capacity or faster fluid temperature rise is required.
