The Arctic Fox H-4000-16 Hydraliner Heat Exchanger provides reliable in-tank fluid heating for heavy-duty trucks and off-highway equipment operating in cold conditions.
The H-4000-16 utilizes engine coolant to transfer heat directly to fluid inside the reservoir. This helps keep hydraulic fluid, oil, water, diesel fuel, and other compatible fluids flowing properly in cold temperatures.
Constructed from 304 stainless steel, the Hydraliner is designed for demanding environments. The H-4000-16 threads into a standard 2-inch NPT female pipe thread and is designed for horizontal installation near the bottom of the tank.
For larger tanks or applications requiring faster temperature rise, multiple Hydraliner units can be installed.
