BT0-7091 – EZ-Clip Lifesaver Braze Nipple A/C Hose Fitting #10

The BTRAC BT0-7091 EZ-Clip Lifesaver Braze Nipple is engineered for technicians performing brazed refrigerant line repairs or custom HVAC hose assemblies in mobile and heavy-duty applications. This straight #10 fitting features a weld-on splicer tip, allowing it to be brazed directly to hard line while maintaining EZ-Clip hose compatibility on the opposite end.

Manufactured from durable steel, the BT0-7091 provides a reliable solution for trucks, buses, off-road equipment, and industrial HVAC systems where standard EZ-Clip fittings are not suitable. Unlike standard EZ-Clip fittings, this lifesaver braze nipple is supplied without clips, cages, or O-rings, giving installers full control over specialized installations.
