The BT0-5018 Straight Female O-Ring x Air-O-Crimp Hose Fitting with 1/4″ Switch Port is engineered for mobile air conditioning systems that require both a stepped hose transition and an integrated pressure switch connection.
This straight fitting transitions from a #12 Air-O-Crimp clamp-style hose end to a #10 female O-ring (FOR) sealing surface with 7/8-14 threads. In addition, it features a built-in 1/4″ switch port (SWP) for installing pressure switches, safety cutoffs, or monitoring devices.
The female O-ring connection provides a reliable and serviceable seal when paired with the correct O-ring. Meanwhile, the Air-O-Crimp interface ensures a secure mechanical bond to #12 universal or nylon barrier hose when installed using approved clamp tools.
