The Arctic Fox H-4000-20STOR Hydraliner Heat Exchanger provides reliable fluid heating for heavy-duty and off-highway equipment operating in cold conditions.
The Hydraliner uses engine coolant to transfer heat to fluid inside the reservoir without mixing the two fluids. Warming hydraulic oil and other fluids helps maintain proper fluid flow in low temperatures while reducing pump cavitation and decreasing equipment start-up time.
The H-4000-20STOR features stainless steel construction and uses Arctic Fox’s Straight Thread O-Ring (STOR) mounting configuration. This STOR model includes a weld-on mounting adapter for installation.
Designed for horizontal installation near the bottom of the tank, the Hydraliner provides a large surface area for efficient heat transfer. Multiple units can also be installed in larger tanks or when faster temperature rise is required.
