By drawing cold engine coolant, heating it, and circulating it back through the engine and HVAC system, the DBW 2010 ensures faster starts, reduced engine wear, and improved operator comfort in cold environments.

This 24-volt diesel coolant heater delivers 45,000 BTU/h (13.0 kW) of heating output. The enclosed design protects the heater and components from harsh operating conditions, making it well-suited for commercial trucks, buses, and off-highway equipment.

In extreme climates, the DBW 2010 can also be paired with additional accessories to help prevent fuel gelling, further extending cold-weather reliability. With proven Webasto technology, this system supports productivity, emissions reduction, and long service life.
