72R5250 cable-controlled heater water valve is designed for use with unit R-5075. This inline valve features 5/8 in. hose inlet and outlet connections and includes an integrated flow restrictor that limits coolant flow to approximately 5–6 GPM through the heater core.
The flow restrictor improves temperature modulation, extends valve life, and maximizes heater core efficiency. This valve operates in a pull-to-close configuration and must be matched correctly for proper system operation.
