The B-734-24 powered condenser delivers strong cooling performance for heavy-duty HVAC systems operating under high load. It provides 68,000 BTUs of heat-transfer capacity while moving 3,430 CFM at 0 Pa through two 16-inch electric fans. Because this airflow helps stabilize refrigerant pressure, the condenser continues to perform reliably in harsh and demanding conditions.
The unit uses a white powder-coated shroud that protects the condenser coil and internal hardware. In addition, Revision B adds an updated receiver-drier and improved hose orientation. These changes simplify installation while also improving long-term reliability. The shroud layout further allows quick access to brackets, fasteners, and service points during installation or maintenance.
The condenser measures 39.14 inches wide, 18.26 inches tall, and 8.56 inches deep. Fan spacing measures 36.77 inches center-to-center, while the mounting hole span measures 36.02 inches. The design uses 0.31-inch mounting holes with 14.01 inches of vertical spacing. As a result, the unit installs cleanly in roof-mount, rear-wall, and frame-mount locations and supports accurate, repeatable installs across different equipment platforms.
An integrated receiver-drier controls moisture within the refrigerant circuit. The assembly also includes a #8 hose connection and the required mounting hardware to support a clean and secure installation. In addition, coil brackets on both sides add strength and provide extra support for the condenser core.
The wiring layout remains simple and consistent. Each 16-inch BT3-0120-4 fan uses a red positive lead and a black ground lead. The unit connects through a plastic AMP connector with male flat terminals. Because some older systems use different connectors, the instructions call for removing the old plug ends before installing the new terminals. This step improves electrical reliability and helps the fans operate at full output.
The internal layout and hardware design also support faster service. Technicians can reach key components with minimal effort. As a result, the condenser reduces downtime and supports dependable fleet operation over the long term.
