HTAC Ceiling-Mount 24V HVAC Unit – Angled Housing – BU-1002-0-24

The BU-1002-0-24(S) Heat and A/C ceiling-mount unit provides a compact HVAC solution for equipment cabs that need strong heating and cooling performance. It uses a durable angled plastic housing that directs airflow toward the operator area. Because the internal layout is efficient, the unit delivers both high airflow and effective heat transfer in tight spaces.

The unit includes a fixed-probe thermostat that regulates temperature and helps maintain steady comfort inside the cab. It also features a built-in heater coil supported by metal brackets. The coil connects through two copper elbows and two 5/8-inch heater hoses. These components create a simple and reliable coolant circuit for fast warm-up and steady heat output.

The internal evaporator assembly handles cooling and works with the R134a expansion valve. The integrated single-fan resistor supports speed control. A 24-volt blower motor moves air through the evaporator core and pushes conditioned air through multiple louvers. The unit uses both Alliance 3×8 louvers and additional molded louvers inside a metal frame housing. These outlets help direct airflow evenly throughout the cab.

A NEO 2 vertical controller mounts to the front of the housing. It offers clear controls for the operator and works with the unit’s relays, thermostat, and blower. Foam gaskets seal key areas inside the housing to reduce leakage and improve efficiency.

The assembly includes brackets, louvers, hoses, gaskets, frame panels, and electrical components. This full parts structure supports easy service, reliable operation, and fast installation. Because every component is grouped inside a single housing, technicians can reach mounting hardware, the blower, the coil, and the evaporator without removing large exterior panels.
