Description

The BT5-4019 compressor is built on the Sanden SD7H15E platform, a high-capacity 7-cylinder design engineered for continuous-duty mobile HVAC systems such as buses and people movers.

This unit operates on 12 volts, uses R134a refrigerant, and is factory filled with 300cc of PAG100 oil. The GH head configuration incorporates horizontal slimline pad fittings, allowing reduced hose profile and improved clearance in tight engine compartments common to bus installations.

A 119mm 6-groove serpentine clutch ensures reliable belt engagement under sustained load, while the long key shaft and direct-long mount provide OE-correct installation. The 2-wire female Packard connector with diode protection supports proper clutch operation and electrical system protection.
