Description
The BTRAC BT7-2000 condenser coil provides reliable heat rejection for demanding mobile air-conditioning applications. Its tube-and-fin construction maximizes airflow across the aluminum fin pack, while smooth-bore copper tubing ensures consistent refrigerant flow through the core.
In addition, this condenser uses 20-gauge galvanized steel end plates, which add strength and help resist vibration in off-highway and industrial environments. The coil also incorporates 12 fins per inch, striking a balance between airflow and heat transfer efficiency.
For installation flexibility, the BT7-2000 includes #10 male O-ring inlet and #8 male O-ring outlet connections, both machined with 0.75-inch hex fittings. As a result, the coil integrates easily into custom HVAC builds and OEM-style replacement systems.
Because condenser replacement exposes the A/C system to moisture, always replace the receiver-drier and evacuate the system thoroughly during installation.
