Description
The BTRAC BT7-0110 condenser assembly delivers dependable heat rejection in compact mobile and equipment HVAC systems. Its 4-row tube-and-fin design increases surface area, which helps the system shed heat efficiently even under sustained load.
In addition, the condenser uses smooth-bore copper tubing paired with aluminum fins, allowing consistent refrigerant flow while promoting effective airflow across the core. The 12 fins per inch spacing balances heat transfer with airflow, making the condenser suitable for a wide range of operating conditions.
For durability, the BT7-0110 includes 18-gauge galvanized steel brackets and six welded flag studs, which simplify mounting and help maintain alignment in high-vibration environments. Furthermore, the #6 condenser fittings provide a secure, leak-resistant connection when installed with new O-rings and proper torque.
Because opening the A/C system introduces moisture, always replace the receiver-drier and evacuate the system thoroughly when installing a new condenser.
