Description
The BTRAC BT7-6200 condenser coil is designed for mobile air conditioning systems used on Freightliner FLD112, FLD120, and Classic XL models equipped with a Behr condenser. It features a parallel-flow, non-serviceable design that delivers efficient heat rejection while maintaining stable refrigerant pressures in demanding on-highway applications.
Because the condenser uses parallel-flow construction, it improves heat transfer efficiency compared to traditional tube-and-fin designs. In addition, the #8 and #6 male insert O-ring fittings allow clean, leak-resistant connections to standard mobile A/C hose assemblies. These features help technicians complete consistent, repeatable installations during OE replacement or fleet maintenance.
The aluminum core construction balances durability and weight while supporting steady thermal performance. As a result, the BT7-6200 performs reliably in long-haul and vocational truck applications where uptime and cooling consistency matter.
Furthermore, this condenser serves as a direct replacement for multiple OEM and aftermarket part numbers. It can also be substituted with a heavy-duty tube-and-fin style condenser (TC12710) when application requirements call for an alternate condenser design, which provides additional flexibility during service or retrofit work.
