The BT5-8045 compressor is built on the proven Sanden SD7H15HD platform, a 7-cylinder, heavy-duty design widely used in agricultural, construction, and off-road equipment.

This unit operates on 24 volts and is factory charged with 240cc of PAG100 oil for R134a refrigerant systems. The WZ cylinder head features a rear O-ring pad with a Volvo off-set, top-left orientation, and a suction-over-discharge port arrangement, allowing OE-correct hose routing in Volvo off-road applications.

A 132mm 2-groove clutch, designed for two 1/2″ belts, provides reliable torque transfer under sustained load. The ear 8 long mounting configuration and long keyed shaft support compatibility across a wide range of SD7H15HD off-road installations.
