The BT5-4840 compressor is built on the rugged Sanden SD7H15-SHD platform, making it well suited for farm and off-road equipment operating in demanding conditions. Its 7-cylinder design and 9.5 cu. in. displacement provide smooth operation and consistent refrigerant flow during sustained duty cycles.

Additionally, this unit is factory-charged with 300cc of PAG100 oil and configured for R134a refrigerant. The GK head with a rear horizontal pad O-ring fitting allows clean hose routing and OE-correct installation in tight engine compartments. A 152mm 8-groove serpentine clutch ensures reliable belt engagement for high-accessory-load applications.
