Description

The BT5-42081 A/C compressor is built for mobile air-conditioning systems that require consistent cooling and dependable operation. Because it uses the proven TM-08HD compressor platform, it delivers steady refrigerant flow while maintaining compact size and efficient output.

In addition, the alternator-mount design provides stable alignment and simplifies integration in applications that share mounting architecture with alternator brackets. As a result, installation remains straightforward while belt tracking stays consistent.

Furthermore, the body-mounted male insert O-ring fittings (#8 and #10) allow clean hose routing and secure sealing. Therefore, leak risk is reduced and long-term system reliability improves.

The BT5-42081 operates on a 12-volt electrical system and uses a 6-groove serpentine clutch with a 123 mm diameter. Because it supports CW and CCW rotation, this compressor adds flexibility across a wide range of OEM and retrofit installations.
