Description
The BTRAC BT3-0700 centrifugal blower is engineered for mobile HVAC systems operating on 12-volt DC electrical platforms. It is based on the SPAL 009-A70-74D centrifugal motor fan design and provides reliable airflow for cab heat, defrost, and ventilation applications.
Because the blower uses a centrifugal (radial) fan design, it maintains airflow effectively as static pressure increases. As a result, it performs well in ducted HVAC systems where airflow resistance is present. In addition, the clockwise (CW) rotation supports correct airflow direction in applications designed around this configuration.
The compact housing allows the BT3-0700 to fit easily into confined HVAC enclosures. Therefore, it is well suited for trucks, buses, agricultural equipment, and off-highway machinery. The blower is also designed for quiet operation, which helps reduce cab noise during continuous use.
Furthermore, SPAL performance data shows stable airflow across a wide static pressure range, which supports dependable operation in real-world mobile environments. Because of its proven design and broad interchange coverage, the BT3-0700 serves as a reliable OEM-style replacement centrifugal blower.
