Description

The BT1-9018-1 Vertical Neo 2 Controller is a vertical-mount HVAC control solution engineered for vehicles and equipment that require integrated heating, ventilation, and air conditioning control. This controller manages a water valve for heating, blower motor speeds, and A/C clutch engagement from a single, intuitive interface.

The control panel features:

• A rotary temperature control knob with 22 discrete positions

• A 3-speed blower control knob (Low / Medium / High)

• A dedicated A/C on/off button with LED status indication

At startup, the controller automatically performs a water valve sweep from fully closed to fully open to ensure accurate positioning. A built-in 10-second clutch restart delay protects the A/C system from short-cycling and premature wear.

Designed for durability, the Vertical Neo 2 controller is rated IP54 on the front face and operates reliably in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°F to 184°F, making it ideal for on-highway, off-highway, industrial, and specialty vehicle HVAC applications.
